My aim is to create dynamic and creative photos that reflect the intensity and emotion of the sporting fixture. I strive to capture the feelings of the game, the art of the match action and to make the viewer feel like they’re a part of the game too.
Who am I?
Hi, I’m Amy, a sports photographer based in Tyrone/Armagh, Northern Ireland. As a lifelong sports fan—especially football—I thrive on capturing the feeling and emotion of the game through photography. My journey in sports photography began in 2022 when I volunteered at the SuperCup NI, and since then, I have had the privilege of photographing Loughgall FC in the Northern Ireland Football League, Queen’s University Belfast, as well as numerous clubs, school fixtures, and special events, including the GAA Social Live podcast.
Inspired by Patrice Evra’s famous words, "I love this game," I share the same passion—not just for football, but for photographing the moments that make sport so engaging.
While football is my primary focus, I also cover rugby, hockey, and other sports, ensuring each shot tells a story.
